Both silicone and PVC patches are flexible and durable, but each has its own unique qualities:
Silicone Patches: Soft, flexible, and have a smooth, raised texture. They’re great for simpler designs and logos with separate pieces that come together. Silicone patches are also easier to heat-seal than PVC.
PVC Patches: Thicker and more rigid, so they can hold lots of details and intricate designs. PVC patches require heat sealing from the back.
